For payments over $200 USD; I am willing to work out individual payment plans.

You may request a refund for your commission before it is has been completed.

25% of the payment is non-refundable, no exceptions.

The refund amount for a commission in progress is determined by percentage of completion. This is determined by me and is non-negotiable.

Your refund will be delivered along with what work has been done, if any.

I do not offer refunds on completed works. If you require changes to be made, please contact me.

...your request, or character(s), is particularly complex or difficult.

...you do not have a clear visual reference of your character(s).

...you have a deadline for the art to be delivered by.

...you request variations or major revisions to the artwork beyond the agreed service.

...you require the art for business purposes and would like to acquire exclusive rights for commercial use.

...you wish for a type of Non Disclosure Agreement that requires me to keep works in progress a secret.

...you have used your personal work in a way that is beyond the scope of your personal use and therefore must attain exclusive rights.

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason I deem necessary.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason I deem necessary

I reserve all rights to the artwork and will use it accordingly to promote my business (such as posting the artwork to social media, use it in my portfolio, record or stream its process, edit or print it for promotional reasons or publish it in collections).

... Exception; if rights are transferred to an individual or company under a written contract.

You reserve the right to use your commissioned work for personal/private use only. (such as for non-profit personal prints, wallpapers, profile pictures, etc.)

You may not use the commissioned works for commercial use, either directly or indirectly, unless otherwise agreed upon and signed under contract.

You may not change or alter the work in any way or remove credit, with the following exceptions: you may crop the image, resize the image, or place transparent images on solid backgrounds if used in personal profile pictures or personal banners. ONLY if I am attributed as the artist.

You may not publicly share full resolutions versions of my work on the internet. You must used a web or watermarked version.

You may privately share full resolution versions of my work as long as my signature is visible or works are properly attributed.

You may not sell my works for any kind of currency or cryptocurrency.

You may not use my works to create blockchains or NFTs.

You may not use my works with any AI or any AI derivatives. This includes, but is not limited to; AI filters that make images move, AI filters that change the lighting or features or style, AI filters that add shading or coloring, inserting into any AI databases to 'train' AI, etc.

Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works outside of the allowances aforementioned, or through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, the client will be charged for an exclusive rights fee per artwork modified. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

After you have sent in an inquiry with the necessary information, I will discuss with you the content and complexity of your commission and provide you a quote based off the information gathered.

A completed work may take anywhere between 3 weeks to 3 months to complete (after payment) depending on the complexity. An official time estimate will be given to you on an individual basis, and you will be notified if this time period is extended for any reason.

If you need your work done by a certain deadline you can ask for a rush delivery fee. This fee will be discussed based on your deadline. I also reserve the right to decline a rush delivery.

Once your commission details and quote have been confirmed, you will be asked to sign a Service Agreement form and be asked to pay the agreed amount sent to your billing email before services may begin.

Once services begin, you will be updated regularly with correspondences and Works-In-Progress and I will prompt you for your input and for any changes you wish to be made. Please be mindful of the kinds of revisions you are asking for; as large changes should be made earlier in the commission process. Large alterations or variations may necessitate additional fees.

Once work is completed and your final approval has been given, your files will be sent to you through your billing email via We Transfer. This emailed link is your proof and receipt of delivery of digital goods. The link will expire in 1 week.

Your delivery will include all versions of the work neccisary, including, but not limited to, full resolution, cropped or resized variations, glazed and watermarked variations. Do not delete these extra files if you intend to share my work publicly, as I do not allow my full resolution work to be shared in public spaces.

Payments must be made within 24hours of claiming for purchase. Holds and payment plans not available.

... If payments are not made within the expected time frame and I have no been contacted about a delay, the designs will go back up for sale.

All design sales are final and will not be refunded.

You may edit anything about the design as you please after purchase.

You may not change or alter the original artwork, with the following exceptions: you may crop the image, resize the image, or place transparent images on solid backgrounds if used in personal profile pictures or personal banners. ONLY if I am attributed as the artist.

You must credit me properly as the artist when reposting or hosting my design work on other websites.

You may not publicly post full resolution versions of my work online. Please use the web or watermarked versions.

You may resell designs for the same price it was purchased for. With the following exception; If the monetary worth has scaled with additional content to be sold with the design.

You may gift/trade the design; but the next owner must either gift/trade the design or sell at the purchase price you purchased the design originally (with the exception of additional content worth).

You have the right to use purchased designs within your personal creative works.

You may not use purchased designs commercially, either directly or indirectly, unless otherwise agreed upon and signed under contract.

I retain the rights to the artwork and will use it accordingly to promote my business.

You may not create any 'Species', closed, open, personal or others, based on my designs or artwork.

You may not sell my designs for Cryptocurrencies.

You may not use my designs to create blockchains or NFTs.

You may not use my designs for any AI or derivatives . This includes, but is not limited to; AI filters that make images move, AI filters that change the lighting or features or style, ai filters that add shading or coloring, inserting into any AI databases to 'train' AI, etc.
